Louise H. Johansen Denmark / Czech Republic

Louise Højgaard Johansen (she/her) is a Danish festival programmer and film industry consultant. She has programmed and curated events for almost 20 years in Copenhagen, Reykjavik and Athens, and is today based in Prague. She has produced documentaries in her own company, incl. 'Grandma Lo-fi' and'Last and First Men'. After becoming a mother, she continues her work for Athens Intl. Children's Film Festival and as a freelance film industry entrepreneur. In 2022 she established Sane Cinema which advocates for healthier practices in the film industry, through awareness, training and education. Collaborators include Erich Pommer Institut, ACE Producers, National Film School of Denmark, FAMU, VŠMU, Marché du Film and EFM. Louise holds a Master in Film Studies from The University of Copenhagen, and is a member of the European Film Academy.
Mihael Kozina Croatia

Mihael Kozina is a psychologist and psychotherapist with over 15 years of experience in individual and group work. He runs a private practice and is active as a trainer and supervisor in the field of psychotherapy. He has worked in education, youth mental health, and community-based support through various programs and organizations. Mihael is a member of several professional associations and contributes to initiatives focused on the mental health of young people.
Lejla Bešić Bosnia and Hercegovina

Lejla Bešić, born in Bosnia, based in Sweden, is a TV-series producer. With a background in working as coordinator, production manager and line producer she quickly established herself as a versatile and driven producer. She has extensive experience working with Swedish series, different genre, format and comissioners. She has been involved in several high-profile productions and is perhaps best known for her latest work on The Breakthrough for Netflix. Since January 2025 Lejla is a producer at Nordisk Film.
Bruno Mustić Croatia

Bruno Mustić is a Croatian film producer, festival founder, and creative entrepreneur. At 19, he launched the Brač Film Festival now a key summer cinema event in the region. Educated in film directing and production in Zagreb and London, he shifted early into producing to shape projects from concept to screen. As CEO of CGM Films, he produced the hit youth drama SRAM (HRT), which surpassed 140 million views and became a digital-era phenomenon.
Jelena Gavrilović Serbia

Jelena Gavrilović was born in 1990 in Belgrade. She finished her studies of Film and Television directing at the FDU, Belgrade. Her student films "Boys, where are you", "With many things to come" and "Nobody here" were screened and awarded on numerous international film festivals (Locarno, FIPA, Sarajevo film festival, Winterthur, Wiesbaden and other). In 2013 she directed the first web series on the Balkans called #SamoKažem (#JustSaying) which won a prestigious Satelite award in Hollywood in the category of original new format, and many other awards worldwide. She is currently working as a director on TV series, the most prominent of which are "Kljun" (Canneseries) and the recently broadcasted "Sram" for HRT.
Alec Von Bargen USA

Alec Von Bargen is the head of Studies at TorinoFilmLab’s ComedyLab, he is also a creative production expert for Cannes Film Festival’s Cannes Makers program, a visual advisor to the Venice Film Festival’s Biennale College Cinema, and a creative production expert for Talents Sarajevo. As writer/director, Von Bargen is currently in development of his feature film ‘The Idiot Son’, produced by Polish producer Ewa Puszczyńska (‘The Zone of Interest’, ‘Ida’, ‘Cold War’)
